not bad the story is sound "Maiko" is a very interesting topic, not deeply discussed so I'm interested. I can for see she's not going to have a easy time with this, and since she's such a strong character you'd want to see how she'll deal with reality. The art it nice she has a way with using tones and styles to her advantage, with her developing art. It feels more like a "oneshot" more then a series thought.

Well, it's art is very good, and the story is actually very good as well. It feels like a shounen, with the main character trying to achieve a certain goal like in Naruto or One Piece, but there's a shoujo feel to it. In addition, many people wouldn't even be interested in Maiko, but this manga might show to them that they're much more than they think.

I really love the artwork in this manga! I like the story a lot, but I felt that she got to the Maiko school too quickly. I would have liked her to encounter challenges and obstacles while getting to the school. I was really surprised when that Maiko girl turned out to be a Lejiro-san! Overall I thought it was a really great manga and I will buy it if it comes out.

Anyways Enough bout my dreams of becomeing a manga artist and more about th manga. This manga is pretty good except for the main character girl. She looks like a messed up vesion of a boy! Her hair is soo short! She looks awful. She should definetly grow her hair!

art is great, main character very very cute. But if i were to read the book I would need more of a back story by chapter two. Such as what a m aiko is, also, i think there would be a bit more emotion if a guy were to see her naked. >.< or atleast i'd freak out more.

the art is some of the best I've seen here so far, and it feels like real manga rather than an american wannabe. but the story just doesn't catch me, there's no depth to the story, and the characters seem sort of hollow. the entire thing just seems a bit generic. I think you need to broaden your horizons a bit and read more than just shoujo genre stuff, so that you can learn to catch not just peoples interest but there emotions as well.

This seems like a lot of fun. I agree with BCCRTR--the story is started with little information. I mean, with a Maiko not being a Geisha, I'm still not exactly sure what it is. That aside, The art is very good, and the story seems interesting enough. I like it!

i like that the graphics side of it was well drawn..but it just jumps right in with the girl no explanation of what or why she wants to become a maiko. there are a lot of people that read manga that don't have all the background information on other countries. so maybe a short jot in the front cover of the book of some kind to explain it would be helpful. all that aside it is well done and i would pay the money out to buy it.
