PILOT SYNOPSIS
High school senior Herman is out to prove to his old teammates that he's responsible enough to lead a rowing crew to victory in this year's eagerly anticipated inter-school regatta.  However, Herman's attraction to hunky teammate Mar may throw his well-laid plans out the window.  And it doesn't help that Mar is in a relationship with his best friend's sister.  Can Herman keep his feelings in check until after the regatta?  Or will this doom his crew before they even get a chance to hit the water?

CHARACTER INFORMATION
HERMAN constantly wants to show everyone how good he is and thinks he’s never wrong.  His decision to skip summer practice cost him, and now he's working to make it right with a new crew.  But the new recruits are making him difficult to focus on his goal...

JACK has been practicing during the summer to be able to join his best friend Herman on the rowing team.  Usually unaffected by Herman's previous indiscretions, he feels an unusual twinge of jealousy when Herman sets his sights on his sister's boyfriend.

MAR prefers other, more physical, sports, but to appease his girlfriend Apples, he agrees to join the team to support her brother.  That may have been the best and worst decision he made, because, try as he might to convince himself that he likes women, he now finds himself attracted to other boys...

EDWIN comes across as a mysterious stalker.  Still adjusting to the death of his brother, Edwin is only now reaching out to other people, especially to his longtime crush Apples, even though her boyfriend can beat the crap out of him. 

APPLES is Jack’s aggressive older sister.  She can't stand Herman but acts like all's hunky-dory; it hasn't dawned on her how similar they are -- both wanting to show off and always be right.  Were it not for her brother, she wouldn't be in the same room with him, much less the same boat, and, now, maybe, the same man.

Born and raised in Mexico, Lara Yokoshima dreams of becoming a professional western yaoi mangaka. Previously she published a few one shots here and there, but her latest works were published in RUSH, a yaoi anthology magazine where she will serialize her first full manga story for her fans and yaoi lovers everywhere.
