can you tell me how can i Publish my manga at tokyopop and what is the rules? and if i log in and but my manga when they will publish it ? is it after chapter 1 or 2 or volume 1? and they will send message say that they love it and will get it published or what? i hope that you will replay and i hope that you tell me how to put it (manga) in steps
